Fifty thousand euros are alleged to have been deposited directly in the account of Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim's company, Faton Bislimi, as well as the person close to Democratic Action Party leaders (PVD).
Faton Bislimi company “Washington International Affair Institute” is allegedly opening eight months before the government's budgetary division.
“Washington International Affair Institute L. L.C. is an open company on September 3, 2021, that is, eight months before the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to transfer tools. This company figures on behalf of Faton Bislim, the cousin of Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and a friend of PVD leaders who has been frequenting visits to the Valley in recent years, as well as a temporary companion of the U.S. Valley representatives.
