The murder occurred about 2: 00 a.m., in gardens between Corso Ricci and Piazza delle Nazizi, near the train station. It was the killer himself who called the investigators with a call on the crime he had committed saying the new one was shot in the neck, writes Euronews Albania, broadcasts Clankosova.tv.
Emergency services went immediately to the scene, but the 28-year-old was lifeless.
The killer was identified Sefayou Sou and arrested on charges of murder and possession without permission. State police are investigating the case, meanwhile, the circumstances of the assassination are still unknown.
The commissioner finds that the killer has no family connection with the victim.
