Former President Zafir Berisha has said he is not against holding extraordinary elections for four municipalities in northern Kosovo, he has said he opposes holding elections in containers.
On the Klan Kosova show, he has said holding elections this way will not produce functional institutions.
I must first say that I am not against holding elections, but against the form of being held in containers”.
Keeping elections through the container is the peri to the criminal groups in the north. This means that the elections are being held according to the will of parallel structures, designed by Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq”.
According to him, it is the Kurti Government with its immature actions that has brought the north into this situation.
“Should not have come up here, but Kurt's political immatureness has brought this situation to the part of Kosovo the consequences of which will be large and long-term. We have a reggression in relation to Serbia because of political acrobics with those actions where it showed muscles that it didn't have about license plates”.
So, it has taken actions that have turned the situation back a lot and, of course, that Serbia and Vuciqi have stood ready to these thoughtless acts”.
“Vukiqi has brought Kosovo's government into women and now we have this situation. Even holding elections is not that they will launch functional body institutions”.
As long as we're not using schools for the election process, how can municipal facilities be used then. The Serbian community, driven by Serbia, is also boycotting administrative positions”.
On the other hand, he has estimated that the country is not managed only by police, adding that what has been won by war is now losing to the table.
We remember that extraordinary elections for the four Serb majority municipalities in northern Kosovo will be held this Sunday (23 April, 2023). The Serbian list will not be part of these elections.
