New York: The woman who tried to kill her friend by taking medication on the cake is sentenced to 21 years in prison

Victoria Nasserova, 47, was found guilty in February of attempted second degree murder, attempted first-instance assault, second-instance assault, first-degree illegal prison and petty theft, according to a statement by Queens County Attorney.
The attempted murder took place on August 28, 2016. Nasirova visited the house of Olga Tsvyk a woman who resembled the dark <x0uffikk, the same hair and other similar physical features”, the report says, citing the evidence used in this case. Both also spoke Russian fluently.
Nasserova brought a cheesecake cake where a very powerful sedative third. After Tsvyk ate the offered dessert, she felt sick and lost consciousness.
Her last memory was when she saw Nasyrov walking through her” room, reading the announcement.
The next day, Tsvyk was found unconscious in bed, surrounded by drugs “as if he had tried to kill himself”, where he was then taken to the hospital.
The testing of drugs by federal agents found that the medicines and wastes of the cake contained Fenazepam, reports CNN, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
Upon returning home, Tsvyk noted that her passport, employment authorization card, and other valuables were missing.
Phenazepam is administered as a prescription medicine in Russia, but there is currently no accepted medical use in the United States. There is an illegal drug market, sometimes used for entertainment, in the United States, and in the United Kingdom.
