Analyst Visar Ymer has stressed that “polically, we haven't succeeded in organising elections, technically yes, but you've convinced no members of the Serb community to vote in this election, so you've convinced them that these elections are also for the”.
Analyst Visar Ymer has said that intervention by Serbia in the elections in the north, which were held on Sunday and April 23rd, succeeded.
At RTV Dukagjini, where it is under discussion about the election process in the four municipalities in the country's north, Ymer has said the result of the same is no surprise.
He pointed out that <x0politically we haven't succeeded in organising elections, technically yes, but you haven't convinced any members of the Serb community to vote in this election, so you've convinced them that these elections are also for him.”
“We are acknowledging, we know there has been interference from Serbia that has succeeded, and this success is not that Serbia's dependence has ended, but has increased it”, Ymer said.
Analyst Ymer added that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia that has developed in Brussels since 2011 and so far has had two goals.
“on one side normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia and on the other and normalising domestic relations. This choice of no normalisation service has ever been able to harm him a little further because I believe that a considerable number of Kosovo Serbs living in the north are not necessarily satisfied with how Vuciqi and the politics in Belgrade are treating the Serb community here in some way by our behavior often even closing down on any other option of”.
As you raise the question of what role the Franco-German plan intends to play, Ymer says that “if elections cannot be organised, if Serbia wants to vote against membership in the KiE, then what will that agreement look like?”.
He has pointed out that the best way and only way is by agreement.
Without agreement, each side will carry out its own unhindered affairs, without agreement you cannot organise elections in the north and leave something else and without agreement you cannot stop Kosovo in any international organisation”.
