The heavy event happened yesterday afternoon in Pec, on the way to King Zog's, the neighborhood of 'Kaesnica. The deceased was killed in her house.
While the handover, (the victim's son) was arrested by officers from the Peja police station.
But despite a macabre murder taking place yesterday afternoon in Pec, none of the heads of state has reacted to the case.
