According to lawyer Emmerson, over 25 years since the war ended, numerous myths have been created, such as organ trafficking.
It is not surprising that the 1998 war has led a large quantity of myth birth over these 25 years, as Veselin's lawyer mentioned.
He said events will be seen during this presentation that turned every Kosovo family's life upside down.
He has said that when Wessel was appointed intelligence chief, he was outside Kosovo and that at the time he worked with the state of Albania and NATO member states to witness crimes committed by Serbs.
The prosecution's claims called them hypotheses.
Emmerson mentioned a witness who, according to the Prosecutor, once saw Wessel in Kukes, but according to Emmerson later turned out to be the wrong statement. The witness, according to Emmerson, is already dead.
