One more week from the Kurti-Wucciq meeting, what is expected to happen in Brussels?

A week left for the next summit in Brussels between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq. It was European Union spokesman Peter Stano, who last week confirmed that the meeting would take place on 2 May. At this summit [...]
It was European Union spokesman Peter Stano, who last week confirmed that the meeting would take place on 2 May.
The implementation of the Ohrid Agreement will be discussed at this summit, the formal adoption of the declaration on missing persons, and that draft statute for Assolution will be discussed.
So the EU's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, announced through a Facebook post yesterday, where he said Kurti and Vuciqi must prepare for the May 2nd meeting.
“With the next summit of high-level dialogue to be held on May 2nd, this is a time of intensive preparation. As the first summit after Ohrid, it will be an important meeting for implementation of its Agreement and Annex. The agenda will include the official adoption of the Declaration for Missing Persons, the presentation of the draft State of Association/Uniting of Serb Majority municipalities in Kosovo by the management team and current issues. Therefore, we expect both sides to come to Brussels well prepared and fully devoted to the implementation phase”, Lajcak wrote.
American and European partners have asked Kosovo until May 2nd to have a proposal for the Association of Serb majority municipalities, the date when Kosovo and Serbia are expected to meet in Brussels.
US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar stressed last week that there are initial proposals for the formation of the Serb majority municipalities' association.
He has estimated that the time has now come for the establishment of association.
“We expect initial proposals for forming association, but also expect a timetable for full implementation of the Ohrid Agreement. That means all sides should come prepared”, Escobar said.
Even US Ambassador to Belgrade Christopher Hill has said that it is now time to establish the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
I'm glad they're planning to meet on May 2nd. It is clear that now is the time to form the Association of Serb majority municipalities. I hope that full and steady progress in dialogue” will follow.
While ready for this meeting has been voiced by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, while adding that the Ohrid Agreement must be implemented in full and without delay.
“I am always ready for high-level meetings that are organised with the ease or mediation of the European Union and the next meeting will be held in Brussels as usual, with what occasion it should be discussed, as well as the Ohrid Implementation Agreement and the entity's Implementation Agreement, which is an integral part, will be implemented without delay and complete, the country's prime minister said.
On the other hand, Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has said real talks with Albanians are needed.
“What we're going to insist on is a real dialogue, or you want to listen to Serbs, and what you consider dialogue is when you five come and say take it or leave it, or we're going to do it, we don't know what to do if you don't get it, this isn't dialogue and it's going to lead the right to such consequences, we need real talks with Albanians, we need real talks with Europeans, we need to be on the European road, but we need to have a real dialogue and real talk on our national issues and the state's”, Vuci said.
We remember that at the last meeting in Ohrid, Kurti and Vucic have agreed to the Basic Agreement Implementation Plan, which has been reached 27 February, according to the European proposal.
