Vuciq has reiterated that “Serb representatives” will not take part in the announced elections on April 23rd, in four municipalities in northern Kosovo, northern Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zvecan and Zubin Potok.
Serbia's president did not give details from the meeting, saying that the upcoming consultations of Serbia's teams and representatives of Serbs from Kosovo will be held in Rasko, south of Serbia and will then come up with “platform joint”.
As he said, the platform will include security, political, economic and social measures for the Serb population in Kosovo. Vuciq has not specified the measures.
The extraordinary elections in northern Kosovo municipalities are being held after mayors, from the ranks of the Serbian List, resigned in November last year under the collective exit of northern Serbs from Kosovo institutions.
It was because of the Kosovo Government's decision to reregister vehicles from Serbian license plates to Kosovo plates, which was later suspended, based on an agreement with Serbia within dialogue.
The Serb list, the largest Kosovo Serb party, did not appear to participate in the local elections in northern Kosovo, until the deadline ends on 22 March.

Serbia, which does not recognise Kosovo's independence, does not even recognise the accusations of Kosovo authorities. Official Belgrade has also decided not to implement US and Great Britain sanctions because there are no international obligations for that.
