It's about the village Rakoc of the Kachanic.
Initially, president Osmani was referred to as Ratkoc And then how. Ratkoc. The latter is the name of a village in Rahovec, not Kacanik.
However, the president's statement has improved and the name has finally been placed in the right way.
The particular point of this statement is that President Osmani also mentions the KLA, as is very rare.
