According to the preliminary results of the Centre for Monitoring and Exploration ( CeMI, based on 78.7 per cent of votes counted, Milatovic has won 60.2 per cent of the vote, while Democratic Party of Socialists candidate (DPS) Milo Djukanovic 39.8 percent.

According to CeMI's data, attendance was 70.6 percent.

The Centre for Democratic Transition (CDT) announced, according to 76.3 per cent of the votes counted, that Milatovic won 56.9 per cent of the vote and Djukanovic 43.1.

Earlier, they have indicated that attendance was 70.7 percent.
