He says that even if former deputy candidate Veton Berisha wins the case in the Constitutional Court, the president is not violated.
Vela says Vjosa Osmani's second year at the helm of the presidency has been very dynamic.
“In the last year, circumstances have changed starting in the war in Ukraine. The president has been extremely active, especially in foreign policy. It has affected most continents, having meetings with connoisseur states to advance Kosovo's empowerment in the” international arena, Vela said in an interview for Telegrafi.
The president's cabinet chief has also commented on media reports about a collapse of the President by the Constitutional Court.
Vela says the president will continue the mandate until the end and she will not collapse.
The President won't fall. It will complete its mandate and have another mandate of”, Vela has declared.
Vela says that even if the complaint of former President Veton Berisha is taken on the basis, no procedure for electing the President will be violated.
“Hipotically could only bring down an MP. In the second round, 82 deputies have participated. There is no legal, legal, constitutional basis that can be put into that conclusion [the president's fall]. The news has been spread to the media [for the possible collapse of the President] from circles related to Serbia. I don't blame the media here. There are some false news distributors”.
President Vjosa Osmani's cabinet chief says there is nothing against the media and, according to him, AGK would in some cases have to react against the dezinating media.
In those years, the president according to him has set a new standard in terms of establishing meritocracy in institutions.
He has said, however, that the presidency has not put other issues aside, as was the response to the price of electricity.
“However, institutions are independent and have decided otherwise”, Vela said.
