Statement after the match:
Albina Candorman: We had a good performance at this match, even though most girls until the day before didn't even know each other. In fact, we've had a lot of difficulties for this gathering because seven players on our list are not equipped with visas. As a result, on the last day, we invited some girls playing abroad to create a team of 18 players. As if this were not enough on our journey, we had some difficulties because we made a two - day trip to Belfast as a result of the delay in flying. In the end, however, we gathered forces and with the utmost motive managed to make solid appearances and get the first three points into this qualifying phase. I'm happy with what the girls showed in this match and for the victory achieved with convincing results, but there's still a lot of room for improvement in our game, and in the days ahead of us, we'll try to work our best to prepare the team for the next two times”.
