The Trust's Selective Commission has opened competitions for five professional members and two representative members.

The Kosovo Pension Savings Fund (FKPK) is the independent institution, founded in 2001, as a pension fund with defined contributions, tasked with managing and investing prudently in the pension contributions of Kosovo workers and employers, stemming from Law No. 04/L-101, engaged and fulfilled with Law No. 04/L-15, Law No. And Act No. 05 L-16 for pension funds in Kosovo. The FKPK is run by the Steering Board. Members of the Steering Board are appointed by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
