Before the trial began, Rama for Thaci: Biden himself named as Washington of Kosovo

Former President Thaci and others on Monday will face trial in The Hague on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Prior to that session, Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has written about the event, asking whether those who lead their people to freedom could be criminals. Here Rama also mentions the American president and a quality he had done to Thaci.
