Their construction lasted years, but a few months after their construction, the asphalt of stoppages has begun to collapse. Even today, those pieces of asphalt that have sat for the second time are being destroyed.
The Ministry of Infrastructure, led by Paul Lekaj in 2018, had decided to build special bus stop stations. A tender named” Construction of Bus Stations on National and Regional Roads” was also implemented.
The framework contract with deadlines of performing works for three years, between the ministry and group of companies „Pro & Co Gruup & Eskavator“was signed on December 5, 2018. The contract has been a framework for three years. Over a year, the chief officer had not spread any asphalt, nor any pot. Work began to be executed by the end of 2020 and completed in 2021.
The total price was 2, 800, 000. A hundred euros.
Last year Periscope had been photographed Some of these stations, mostly on Pristina - Pej National Road. It was noted that almost all of them started to crack. Because of noncial work, the officer had to intervene in them, just a few months after doing the work.
Even after their repair, Periscope has taken several photos, again it has been noted that asphalt has been damaged because of outside the standards.
Since things were completed in 2021, Periscope had reported that their technical acceptance had been made on the part of the ministry, which is led by Deputy Minister Hysen Durmish./Periscopi/
