Former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who is being charged with war crimes at The Hague, will address the Special Court address Tuesday.
Hashim Thaci's lawyer, Gregory Kehoe, has said that Thaci sée has never denied war crimes were committed, but these, according to him, were made by the Kosovo Liberation Army.
According to Kehoes, crimes have not been motivated, but were committed by Albanian individuals.
