Yesterday we saw a dignified defense of UCK leaders at the Special Court just as they fought for Kosovo's freedom and independence: On the other hand, the same day the Kurti government violated Kosovo's sovereignty and Constitution by negotiating with Serbia in Brussels for implementation of association. Internal state issues are not negotiated with another state, nor with international mediation. This violation of the sovereignty and Constitution of Kosovo has been sanctioned in the Ohrid implementation Agreement, where implementation of the Association and the sole management of autonomy for the Serb minority is determined at 7 point. Even worse this point factors the international Serb minority, which joined the state of Kosovo yesterday in Brussels with the EU arrangement. As a result, Serbia yesterday not only intervened in the internal affairs of the state of Kosovo but gave Kosovo the ultimatum for 20 days to draft the draft of the Association statute.
