Tahiri accuses of blocking his own income: This is unfair and unconstitutional

The head of AAKA deputies, Besnik Tahiri, has reacted to the blocking of the municipality's own revenues from the preliminary years, which has been made by the Finance Ministry, led by Hekuran Murati. MP Tahiri has said it is unconstitutional and unfair. He has asked Minister Iron Murati and Prime Minister Albin Kurti that [...]
MP Tahiri has said it is unconstitutional and unfair. He has asked Minister Hekuran Murati and Prime Minister Albin Kurti to clarify what basis this is becoming.
The AAKA MP has also mentioned how this issue was regulated with the LDK's amendment when the Budget Law was voted.
It's a totally absurd decision by Finance Minister Iron Murat. I don't know if they're aware that on December 15, 2022, there's been a pass of the Board Law. Article 9.6, which has been talking about the inexplicable balances that pass into the Kosovo Fund, has been changed with the LDK's administration, to give rights to municipalities that I use for myself. I don't know whether the prime minister knows, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bisim, who is unfair, is unconstitutional and is direct intervention in a constitutional institution that offers services in all municipalities in Kosovo, the ban and obstacle to exploiting his own revenues. Do you realize you can't work with this referee? You can't take this approach and you can't stop me. On what basis did you stop the selfish revenues? Is it possible with the minister, the prime minister...”, Tahiri said.
Otherwise, the head of the Pristina municipality, Progress Rama, has said the Finance Ministry is blocking the carrying of its own municipal revenues from the early years.
Through a Facebook post, Rama has said there are 28.8m euros in cash for 172 capital capital projects this year, which the Government is blocking.
He has asked the Finance Minister, Iron Murati, to urgently make the delivery of Pristina's own and municipal revenues, otherwise has said he will address the Constitutional Court.
If these vehicles are not transported immediately, we will consider this to be a deliberate move by the Government to block the capital's development. Therefore, as the authorised party, we will be forced to address the Constitutional Court in defense of the rights of the citizens of Pristina”, Rama wrote.
