After complaints filed by the various parties, “The Justice Vow” has contacted the head of the Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK) to seek a clarification on the issue.
Chief Chairman Albert Zogaj has confirmed that on Monday and Tuesday it will not be worked in courts.
Corruption hearings such as the case against Ismet Halit, who along with Skender Canol, were also scheduled on Tuesday, are being charged that in the quality of official persons in the Pristina municipality, H.V. were able to benefit from construction without permission.
Also, on Tuesday, April 11th, the case has been scheduled for “Subventions 31x1>, this case is media-renowned.
On the Pristina Foundation Court website, several court hearings in various departments and divisions are listed on schedule.
According to the official holiday calendar, April 10th (Monday-Day of Constitution) and April 11th (c. - Catholic Passovers are official parties in the Republic of Kosovo. The Constitution's Day is April 9th, and Easter on April 10th, but according to the Law on Official Holidays, when the holiday day falls on a day of holiday is replaced on a weekday.
There are five more days off from the Constitution and the Passover until the end of the year.
