After complaints filed by the various parties, “The Justice Vow” has contacted the head of the Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK) to seek a clarification on the issue.
Chief Chairman Albert Zogaj has confirmed that on Monday and Tuesday it will not be worked in courts.
Corruption hearings such as the case against Ismet Halit, who along with Skender Canol, were also scheduled on Tuesday, are being charged that in the quality of official persons in the Pristina municipality, H.V. were able to benefit from construction without permission.
