Starting at 12: 00 p.m., this body will issue the order to retaligate the victims in the court case against former Kosovo Liberation Army member Salih Mustafa.
We remember that on December 18th Mustafa has been sentenced by the Special Court, headquartered in The Hague, to 26 years in prison for unlawful murder, arbitrary detention and torture.
He has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for arbitrary detention, 22 years in prison for torture and 25 years for unlawful murder.
