Known as Starship, the missile was built by American entrepreneur Elon Musk's SpaceX company.
It is almost 120 feet [120 m] high and has almost twice the momentum of each other in history.
Missiles without crew will be launched from a base in Texas, United States. The goal is to fly eastward and complete a globe circuit for about 150 minutes.
Musk has appealed to all to have limited expectations.
It's not uncommon for a missile to experience a kind of failure during its first departure.
It's the first launch of a very complicated, giant missile, so it might not be issued. We'll be very careful and if we see anything that's bothering us, we'll postpone the” event, Musk said.
SpaceX will try to launch the missile by 7:00 local time.
Thousands of spectators are expected to gather in coastal areas in the Gulf of Mexico to see the event.
