It has been reported that on April 20th there will be a high-level meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.
But the director of the so-called “Office for Kosovo”, in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovic, has said during an interview for Serbian Blitz that the date has not yet been set for the next meeting between Kosovo and Serbia.
He says the European Union is the host and they respond to their invitations.
“Now everything depends on the European Union, they are hosts to all those meetings in Brussels. They send an official invitation, we respond. Of course, it is necessary to agree on all conditions of Lajcak and Borrell, especially when it comes to high level. On the other hand, Vuchy and Kurti. When everything is achieved, I expect a new invitation for a summit to come in the next period. We'll let you know as always, when this happens”, Petkovic said on Sunday.
A meeting of the level of Kosovo and Serbia's top negotiators was held last week.
Meanwhile, on March 18th in Ohrid there has been an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, though it has not been signed.
Now the international community is demanding that the agreement be implemented, and high-level meetings between Kosovo and Serbia have been warned, and technical ones.
