Serwer: Special Court Has Changed Its Purpose, at Risk Discours for Right KLA War

Periscope: If KLA leaders are found guilty, do you think this would damage Kosovo's image on the international level? How do you see the process?

Serwer: This would clearly damage the image of the Kosovo Liberation Army, but it seems to me that Kosovo has some merits, as they are: The creation of Tribunal, the resignation of head of state (Hashim Thaci from the presidential post) and his presentation at The Hague along with other colleagues.

Periscope: Many people say this process is not against the KLA itself, but against its leaders. In your opinion, can the KLA and its leaders be divided?

Serwer: Yes, these may be separated, but the Court's accusation is not.
