After returning from Leposaviqi down in Bistrica, after crossing the checkpoint, I heard a shot and a pain in the shoulder. I can't be 100% sure who fired, but “I don't think there was anybody there except their army and police”. I heard the cracks in the back and forward, and I was really scared, so I went on, and I left home. I got to the place called “The wet body” and then what happened, where the car is, who brought me, doesn't know”, Jovanovic said.
After accepting the QKS into northern Mitrovica, Jovanovic has been operated in the surgery department and according to the caretaker surgeon, he is out of risk for life, but his condition is still being monitored.
Police have also clarified Serbian media reports that this institution is involved in shooting guns.
