Security expert: There Are Not Expected Peaceful Choices

The April 23rd elections are not expected to be calm. So says security expert Nuredin Ibishi.

He stressed that there will be tensions in these elections, which will come through the orders of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.

“There is not expected to be peaceful elections... I think that even in terms of security there will be tensions, those always made through orders from Vuchiki and Serb extremists in the north, which only have warned these last ones are making withdrawals from candidacy, especially Jablanoviq, for the municipality of Leposavisic, shows that this threat is serious, ”, he said in <2thari” in Tsv.

According to him, Serbs “will try to strain the situation by preventing citizens from voting, interfering at polling stations”.

The security field expert estimated that the security situation is under control, since “we have sufficient force, both of police and intelligence, of border police, but KFOR has also pledged it”.

Ibishi added that the gap is the absence of Serbian police officials who have left the job, but that now ways must be found through some political decision, for the same to return to work.
