The declaration of missing persons forcibly in the recent war in Kosovo will be part of the negotiating table between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, on 2 May, but this time the declaration is expected to be adopted.
However, family members and representatives of theless say sceptical that Serbia will agree on reaching this agreement.
The head of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, Andy Hoti, says the statement to be presented to the parties will have no changes.
He says its implementation is very important.
While the chairman of the Association “Parents' Office”, Bajram Cerkini, has expressed sceptical about reaching an agreement, as well as its implementation, writes rtk.
He has also called for part of meetings in Brussels to be family members of the unemployed.
According to the chairman of the Co-ordination Council for Extinction and War Crimes, Ahmet Gajqevci, the European Union should put more pressure on Serbia in this regard.
24 years after the war, nothing continues to be known about the fate of over a thousand and 600 people forcibly missing.
