Salih Mustafa is ordered to pay 207 thousand euros to victims as a damage

The Special Court has ordered Salih Mustaf to pay 207 thousand euros in damages for its three direct and five indirect victims.

It argues that victims of 8.9, 10, 5, 6, 12, 11 and 13, proved on the basis of the standard of total likelihood of being victims of crimes for which Mr. Mustafa was convicted.

Decide to grant direct and indirect compensation. It agrees with individual compensation damage.

It's set as a lot of damage for which Mr Mustafa is responsible, worth 207 thousand euros.

Thirty thousand euros victim 8, 80 thousand euros victim 9, 60 thousand euros victim 10, out of 10 thousand euros victims 5- 6 and 12, 5 thousand euros victim 11 and 2 thousand victims 13.

The court finds that Mr. Mustafa lacks the financial means for carrying out this order.
