Ruler Kurti: Deliu and Hadziu's throat-a-picture in Parliament

The fall of the law for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council by the Constitutional Court and the accusations of Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu against the founding institution of democracy in the country -- the Constitutional Court -- have been the trigger of the clash between PDK deputy Blerta Deliu and Minister Haxhiu.
