It has said it will not allow corruption within the Prosecutorial Council and has warned of proceedings.

After publishing the indictment, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu had said the Constitutional Court has defended the personal interest of some members of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, not general interest.
On 24 March, the Constitutional Court had declared the Law for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) invalid, following last year's request to assess the constitutionality of this law by deputies from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the Democratic League of Kosovo last year.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council had welcomed the Constitutional Court's decision, which overturned the Government-sponsored KKP Law and adopted by Parliament.
