After defeating Barcelona 4:0 last week to spend the King's Cup final, “Los Blancos” will now face Chelsea in the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
“Los Blankos” continued with training this Monday in two absences, reported “Mundo Deportivo”.
Ferland Mendy is continuing his recovery as he is believed to be back in about three weeks. He has lost most of the season because of injuries and at this point cannot be considered a key part of the team.
Mariano Diaz has also missed training today. However, it has only developed 51 minutes in total this season and is not regarded as a major absence for Carlo Anceplott.
We remember that the first quarterfinal match between Real Madrid and Chelsea will take place in “Santiago Bernabau”, April 12th, and return on April 18th to “Stamford Bridge”
