Pristina University, for the first time, will start an investigation into all academic entities for cases of sexual harassment in this senior institution of education. This has been made known to Radio Kosovo, the official for the prevention and protection from sexual harassment at this university, Dr. Hyseni, who stressed that, under the regulation for preventing sexual harassment, along with the prorector, Nnomza Lulaku, and with the support of management, questions are prepared and in the conclusion of research methodology, where the focus of the questionnaire is students.

Hyseni, announced that five cases of harassment at Pristina University have been reported since last year and so far. Meanwhile, it explained that with regulations for prevention and protection from sexual harassment and sexual harassment in the Universities, disciplinary procedures and applicable measures are also determined in such cases.

Within the Pristina University, there is a regulation for the prevention and protection from sexual harassment and harassment in Universities. This regulation defines material regulations, disciplinary procedures and applicable measures in such cases. In making decisions and disciplinary measures in the procedure for reviewing complaints of harassment or sexual harassment, the Ethics Council implements this regulation, the University of Pristina Statistics, the Law for Higher Education, the Law for Protection From Discrimination, the Law for Gender Equality, the Labour Law and other legal and legal acts applicable.
