Rama and Vuciq meet Prime Minister Melon

In the margins of the International Summer Fair “Vinital”, Vuciq told Serbian reporters that he and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama have talked with Melon about relations with the European Union and what Belgrade and Tirana hope for and what kind of support they expect.
We came up with some ideas for the EU, showed how much support Union member states received in times of crisis and how much I received. “We asked Melon to further help us in Brussels and bilaterally with her commitment to various issues”, Vuciq said.
He thanked Melon for her extraordinary commitment, Foreign Minister Antonio Tayan and the entire Italian government. He told the Western Balkans “an unsurpassed attention more than previous”, but that “as cannot say anything bad about them”.
I invited Melon, who is our true and sincere friend, to visit and await him in Serbia before the end of”. This is very important for further improvement of our relations.
“Italia is Serbia's third trade partner, right after Germany and China”, Vuciq said.
In addition, Vuciq added that he and Rama also talked with Melon about agriculture, Ukraine and all the current topics in the world.
Vuciq also said it is good news for Serbia that “Vinital” wants to go to the Belgrade Fair and praised that it would boost his country's reputation in the world.
Vuciq met with Rama yesterday, along with Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski in Verona, in the framework of the Open Balkans initiative. It was the first meeting of the leaders of the countries of this initiative outside the Western Balkans.
