The State Prosecutor reports he is overseeing the election process in northern municipalities. Prosecutors along with police are closely monitoring this process, where they are willing to intervene in the event there is obstruction in the vote.
The state prosecutor, with the aim of preventing any irregularities related to vote rights, invites citizens, media and civil society to co-operate and report to the Police and Prosecutor on all eventual claims concerning election abuses.

The State Prosecutor announces public opinion that he is overseeing the extraordinary election process in the four municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, for mayor of the municipality in northern Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Zvecan and Zubin Potok, while early for the two municipalities in Zvecan and Leposaviq.
Since 7am this morning, prosecutors along with the Kosovo Police are engaged, at police stations of four responsible municipalities, to closely monitor the prosperity of the election process, which are in a position to react in any case where there is obstruction of the voting process.
Also, in this election process, stewardial judges who are on the verge of any event.
Likewise, the state prosecutor, with the aim of preventing any irregularities related to vote rights, invites citizens, media and civil society to co-operate and report to the Police and Prosecutor on all eventual claims concerning election abuses.
