The prosecutor has repeatedly requested a closed hearing for The Hague's first witness, due to her identity.

During the closed hearing, the witness has answered several questions that, according to the court, could influence the discovery of her identity.

That's why a part at the beginning of the session has been closed to the public.

Meanwhile, the protected witness has sworn that she will only tell the truth during the prosecution's interrogation.
