Prosecutor Clare Lawson said that during the trial, she would be seen as Krasniqi, according to her, had given many orders on behalf of the KLA General Staff.

“In the meantime, Jakup Krasniqi will be seen negotiating and giving numerous orders again on behalf of the General Staff for the arrest and release of detainees”, she said.

“What you won't hear is one of the accused by taking necessary measures to prevent the crimes raised, or the crimes that the opponents have suffered, or to punish the crimes they have suffered. Or even the incontinence of these people for UNMIK or KFOR for investigations... Because crimes have been targeted by the accused”, prosecutor Lawson added.
