Citizens, while highly praising property taxes, have many pending forgiveness of the 100 euros promised by the finance minister. But the legal changes that enable the forgiveness of this tax have remained in the Assembly.

April 30th is the deadline for paying the first tranche of property tax for those who wish to escape fines stipulated by law. However, Pristina's interviewed citizens complain that this year there is an enzyme increase of the Property Tax Award.

The Property Tax Department has called on citizens to pay their first tax installment so that fines go off.

All taxpayers who have not yet fulfilled their obligation can pay their payments until April 30, 2023. By doing your commitments in time, you will not pay fines in 10% of the first tranche and interest of 0.65% per month.

The government has decided to take 100 euros in property tax, but legal changes have not yet ended in the Assembly. Minister Iron Murati explains the benefits of legal changes.

However, municipal officials have demanded that 100 euros' forgiveness cover the central level so that municipalities are not harmed.

At the end of March, the proposal for change and completion of the Property Tax Law has been passed in the country. /rtk
