Polls in Turkey draw Erdogan's losers

Turkish National Alliance leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu could win the May 14th presidential elections by a large margin, according to a survey by the sociological agency Aksoy, Turkish opposition newspapers Cumhuriyet and Birgun reported. The two main presidential candidates in Turkey are expected to be Kilicdaroglu and current President Recep Tayip Erdogan. Muharrem Ince and Sinan Ogan are also in the race.
The results of Aksoy's survey show that if there is a second round of presidential elections, Kilicdaroglu will win by a 14.8 per cent margin. 57.1 per cent of voters would vote for it and 42.9 per cent for Erdogan.
The poll was conducted with 1067 citizens in 26 Turkish districts. According to poll results, 47.9 per cent of voters will support Kilicdaroglu and 38.4 per cent will choose Erdogan in the first round. Only 9 per cent would vote for Muharrem Incre and 4.8 per cent of Turkish citizens would vote for Sinan Ogan.
According to the survey, the results of the ruling Justice and Development Party (32.3 per cent) and the opposition Republican People's Party (30.8 per cent) are expected to be very equal in parliamentary elections that will be held alongside presidential elections.
Elections in Turkey will be held on May 14th.
