So said German Ambassador Jorn Rohde, on the subject “European proposal for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia”.
“The EU has made it clear that there will be consequences, but we are not working on consequences, but on implementing the agreement, the two sides must work on the agreement on what they have pledged. No one has seen indicators in Brussels that they do not want to implement. We've seen statements that aren't useful. But we are working hard in Brussels, especially Mr. Lajcak and his team, to begin the implementation process again next Tuesday is the next first meeting on this issue to define details. There is a continuing political dialogue to convince interested parties to do the right thing”, Rohde said.
Stano had said several days ago that the chief negotiators on both sides were invited by the facilitator of the dialogue to come to Brussels and advance ahead with the first steps to implement all that has agreed.
We remember that Kosovo's chief negotiator for these meetings is Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, while Serbia's leader of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovic.
