A pure lie to Bislim! No words were mentioned in Brussels for “pecie criteria for the ZSO” he speaks about today. They talked about the ZSO station and the Management Team. Bislimi said today that a full agreement has been reached in Brussels that will have five criteria through which the draft proposed by the Association establishment manager is acceptable as a basis for discussion.
