Petkovic stresses that association is a necessary condition for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
“Belgrade has fulfilled all its obligations and has behaved constructively and compromisedly all the time, while on the other hand, Pristina is constantly trying to undermine dialogue and make life difficult for Serbs in Kosovo”.
“When you look at everything that has happened in the last 10 years, a special responsibility lies with the international community, which is forced to pressure on the establishment of association. The association represents the backbone of the” dialogue, he added.
