Beyer has made this reaction as he commented on a response by EU High Representative Josep Borell, regarding the Ohrid Agreement, where he had demanded that all obligations be respected and implementation start as soon as possible.
“This is the only possible way to both achieve normalisation and EU membership”, Beyer wrote.
