Blerim Vela, chief of President Vjosa Osmani's cabinet, has said Serbia and the Serbian List are responsible for any escalation that could happen in northern Kosovo.
His statement comes after recent calls and reactions they had received from the Serbian List after demanding that a Serb national entity be released who was arrested as suspected of attacking two police officials.
Also, in the north of the last few days some cars with RKS license plates have been burned.
