The first state president said that, at any moment, he would not allow something that would go beyond the Constitution or even decisions by the Constitutional Court.
“Of course the Kosovo delegation is working to determine the details as far as Article 7 is concerned, but all of these are expected from the principles already set. The first one is the Constitution of Kosovo, so you cannot go beyond it, if it were autonomy you will go beyond the Kosovo Constitution, which we will by no means allow”, Osmani has indicated for RTV21.
On the other hand, she said the second principle is the 2015 Constitutional Court's decision on the issue of the Serb Majority Commission Association, but also the other principles established by the assembly in the preliminary legislature.
There is competition that our country will not be allowed to pass the constitution, and all these contracts we will use to protect the state's interest”, Osmani has indicated.
