Obadiah condemns the attack on Valon Syla: Attack on Free Speech and Thought

Democratic League of Kosovo Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku has condemned the attack on journalist Valon Syla, which occurred last night.

He has said the attack on Silas is an attack on free speech and free thought.

Abdixhiku has asked law and law bodies to find the attackers and bring them to justice.

“Sulmi to journalist Syla is an attack on the very free speech and free thought ʹ essential pillars of democracy itself. Our commitment to a free and democratic society implies commitment to the protection of each of us's free speech. So the attack on journalist Syla is an attack on this commitment. I invite law and order bodies to find the attackers and the same judges brought to justice”, he said.
