Hasan, who has been one of the founders of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the People's Movement activist prior to it, has said he has even met these people on the street.
I've seen people torture me in prison. I saw them before the war if Prizren, in Pristina and so on. After the war, I had to sit at the table with them. People who beat us up. They were against us, but then some of them helped us when they saw that we fought and we were right. I have never talked to them, nor have I exchanged words. We've had our intentions and we've succeeded. We created the KLA and then freed the country”, he relates.
