Nagip Krasniqi's defence holds complaint at Apel, his condition is stable

In a conversation for Gazeta Express, lawyer Taulant Feriz said they expect a decision in favour of his client from Appeal.
“Ankee we have fought at the Court of Appeals, now the Court of Appeals must decide within days on legitimacy, and if conditions have been met for determining the detention measure for Mr. Nagip Krasniqi. We are the dock for all possible bases that have been defined by the Criminal Procedure Code and expect a fair verdict and in favour of client”, lawyer Feriz told Gazeta Express on Tuesday.
Since on the day police raided Krasniqi's office and residence, he sought medical assistance in Emergency, the lawyer was also asked about the state of health of KEK chief, and the same according to Feriz now has stable health conditions.
We have been given contacts with Mr. Nagip Kransniq, I've been visiting, his state of health is right now, it's stable. The same has continued health problems that precede this criminal procedure that has developed against him, but in the case of his control, his condition has deteriorated, but now his condition is stable”, Feriz said.
The head of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Nagip Krasniqi, was arrested last week under suspicion of committing three criminal acts, the use of official position or authority, the exercise of influence, and the conflict of interest.
Krasniqi is currently in custody.
The Individual Investigation Unit has raided Krasniqi's office in Pristina, two residences in separate locations in Pristina, owned and used by the same one, “aimed at finding evidence dealing with top criminal acts”, the prosecution has announced.
“During the raid, various documents linked to case, electronic devices like three (3) computer, one (1) laptop-top, one (1) cell phone, one (1) The USB, in quality of material evidence that will serve on further procedure”, has announced the prosecution.
