Murati's ministry only realised 2% of the budget in capital investments, that of Rakiqi/Rasic 98%

The Institute for Advanced Studies (GAP), following the publication of reports on government budget expenditures and on the degree of capital investment realisation from the central and local level, has today published the data on realisation of the Kurti II Government ministries' budget for capital investments during 2022.
According to these data, it turns out that the Ministry of Finance (+contics for Capital), directed by Iron Murati, has realised only 2 percent of the budget for capital investments during 2022.
But according to this report, there are two other finance-related ministries, Industry (16%) and Economy (38%), which make up three of the ministries with the lowest performance in terms of realisation of the budget for capital investments.
The Ministry of Agriculture, led by Minister Faton Peci, is the last in terms of the most successful ministries (82%), while at the top of the list, with the best performance, is the Ministry for Communities and Kthim (9.8%), led by Goran Rakqi of the Serbian List, and now by Nenad Rasiqi.
The Regional Development Ministry (83%), justice ministry (84%) and defence ministry (96%) are in the five best performance ministries.
The Health Ministry, under the leadership of Arben Vitit, is in the middle of the table, with “alone” 56% of the budget realised for capital investments during 2022.
Culture and Diplomacy made up 40% of their budget for capital investments, while that of Local Power Management and MASTI resulted from 67% of their budget for capital investments
