Sahiti was reportedly arrested at Istanbul airport for possession of narcotics.
It was even said that he had used the diplomatic passport he was equipped with in 2020 by former Foreign Affairs Minister Melza Haradinaj-Stubla.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora has also been written about the case.
In a written response by MPJD to Clankosova.tv, it is said to be awaiting official information from Turkey's authorities.
