The indictment was announced Friday by the chairman of the court, Arben Hoti, reports the Justice Vow.
According to Judge Hoti, from the evidence prosecuted in the judicial examination, no concrete facts have been proven that constituted elements of the conduct of criminal acts.
Otherwise, at the April 7th 2023 session, accused Hoxha, Shasha, Cukaj, Mustafa and Osmani were quietly protected from corruption charges.
The accused were acquitted at the initial review hearing, held on September 1st, 2021.
According to the indictment filed on July 7th 2021, by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Gifted Hoxha, Kukaj and Fitim Mustafa were charged with continuing criminal work “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414, paragraph 2 related to Article 77 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
